Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is on complete user satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before investing in this application, it provides all the details about the services.
Service/Product Pricing:-
We are providing digital products, where the price can vary between Rs 1 to Rs.5000. It depends on customer Pick & drop destination. We can't specify here a fixed product price. If the destination is far then our service price is high otherwise our product price has a low price. As I already say the Product Price can vary between the above-mentioned range.
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, the client submits a request for a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:-
Cancellation:-
The order Cancellation process has in our customer's hands. After submitting the Cancellation request we analyze this, it can take a maximum of 2 business days to cancel the request.
Refund:-
If our customer doesn't want to move his goods to the described destination, then our Merchant User can make a refund Request on that Special Inquiry. The refund only will be initiated to his wallet if the amount deducts from your side but in any condition, service is not provided from our side.
After an approved cancellation request it can take 3 to 5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund after verifying the customer case by our team.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
